  • A damaged or old battery may be unable to hold a charge or even charge. This is a common problem with any laptop. To fix this you will need to purchase a new battery.

  • A faulty charger is unable to provide power to your battery resulting in a dead laptop. To fix this you will need to purchase a new laptop charger

  • Make sure you have correctly inserted the disk properly. It will not play if you have inserted it unbalanced or upside done. Make sure the label is on top.Make sure disk is cleaned off do that there is no interference.

  • Trouble reading the diskIs the disk drive not rotating at all? You may need to replace it altogether.

  • Not enough power to the disc drive can cause it to not function properly. Be sure the check your power supply to make sure its working correctly

  • Is your hard drive having errors? To fix this you will need to obtain Windows DVD for the version that you have. Boot your laptop to the DVD and choose “Repair your computer”. Click the command next. Now on the top of the screen click “Startup Repair” and let it run. Once you have done this your laptop should work correctly.If you still are having trouble you may need to replace the Hard-Drive

  • Are your keys non-responsive? The keys connection may be disrupted by physical objects such as excessive dust or crumbs. To fix this you need to carefully clean your keys. To clean a dirty keyboard a can of air duster and a clean soft cloth is recommended.If you have a repetitive beeping sound on startup, this can be do to stuck keys and in that case the keyboard will need to be replaced. A temporarily ‘fix’ is the hit the keyboard buttons to see if you can unstuck the button.

  • If your computer is running slow or freezes constantly than you may need more RAM. You can resolve this by installing more RAM.

  • If your laptop displays a white screen when turned on and just hear the audio, its a fault with the LCD and needs to be replaced entirely.

  • If you have damaged your screen and ended up cracking it or severally damaging it, you may need to replace the screen altogether.

  • If you are having problems connecting to the internet then you may need to replace your wireless adapter.

  • Turn Off and On your wireless devices.
  • Go to setting then click on pc setting, turn off and on your wireless devicesafter that restart your computer..

  • If the Media Player appears to be functioning correctly but no audio check two things:Your speakers, external and internal to make sure they are plugged in and not muted.Use the device manager to check if the sound card is working correctly and is selected as the default audio device.
