The controller’s bluetooth will not connect to your console.
If your console says your controller is not connected by Bluetooth, use this guide to ensure you connect it correctly.
This controller is only compatible with Switch, Android 8.0 or above, iOS 13 or above, and Windows 7/10 or above.
The buttons/joystick will not work after extended use.
If there is dirt build-up in the buttons’ crevices, then the buttons become sticky. In order to unstick them, use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the crevices of the buttons.
If the buttons or joystick on your controller have fallen off, use this guide to help you replace it.
The device does not charge after being plugged in
If you have double-checked to make sure you have plugged your cable in correctly and your controller is still not charging, you will want to then check the charging port on your controller for any dirt in it. You will want to use something small like a toothpick or paper clip to clean any dirt that is in your port.
Check your charging cable for any damage. If your charging cable is damaged, it is time to purchase a new cable.
The LED lights no longer come on after turning the controller on.
If the lights on your controller will not come on, try replacing the lights with this guide.
Your LED lights may have a loose connection in which you will want to make sure all of the lights are tightly twisted in their slots.
The battery dies quickly.
If the lithium battery of your controller will not hold a charge, then it is more than likely dead and should be replaced. This guide will show you how to change it.
First, you should use the device’s charger on another device to make sure it is the battery that is the problem. If the charger is working, then something in your controller is draining the battery. You will need to check if your controller has a firmware update. If there is, you should update and check your battery again.
