Furnace Humidifier Evaporator Pad
- Turn off the humidifier. (Set the humidistat to 0% humidity)

- Remove the nuts and clips holding the top cover of the cabinet assembly to the bottom cabinet housing.

- Remove the side clips or fasteners.

- Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the nut which holds the water distributor tube and swing the tube out of its secured place.

- Remove the top of the bottom cabinet housing and take out the evaporator pad.

- Place the new evaporator pad inside the clean bottom cabinet.
- The sides should guide it into the correct position.

- Replace the clips, nuts, and bolts removed in steps 2 through 4.

- Turn on the humidifier.
