              Surgery!               
  • Carefully arrange Elsa’s clothing so her body is accessible.
  • Find the Voice Module inside the toy’s body.
  • Using a seam ripper, open Elsa up near the Voice Module.

Step 2

              Retrieve the Voice Module               
  • Once the seam is ripped, you’ll be able to retrieve the Voice Module from inside the toy.
  • The Voice Module is contained inside a small cloth bag – open it up with the seam ripper.

Step 3

              Disassemble the Voice Module               
  • Carefully pry off the top the Voice Module to expose the electronics inside.

Step 4

              Battery Replacement               
  • Carefully remove the worn LR41 batteries from the Voice Module electronics.
  • Replace with new LR41s, obviously!
  • Warning: button batteries are a choking hazard! Dispose of them properly, and away from children.

To reassemble Elsa, follow these instructions in reverse order. Except instead of ripping seams, sew them back up.

Be especially careful to sew securely – loose batteries are a choking hazard.
