Buttons are not moving when you press them.
There could be debris in the way of the button’s movements, including dirt, water, or sand. To fix this, try taking the watch harness apart and putting it back together using this guide XXXXX. The face on your Freestyle Cori Lopex III FS81322 doesn’t show anything, and you know the computer is turned on.
Issues with the backlight could be a malfunction in the battery. We suggest replacing the battery first and seeing if that fixes the unresponsive display. The first thing you can try would be to open up the watch by unscrewing the four screws on the back and pulling off the back of the watch. You then can unscrew the battery and motherboard to see if there are obvious signs of water damage to the motherboard of the watch.
