Buttons are not moving when you press them.

There could be debris in the way of the button’s movements, including dirt, water, or sand. To fix this, try taking the watch harness apart and putting it back together using this guide XXXXX. Then you can clean around the buttons to make sure any debris is out of the way using a q-tip. If it needs to be re-oiled to provide a smoother motion you could do that as well.

Rubber watch bands have a tendency to crack and break due to everyday use over long periods of time or after repeated exposure to things like saltwater which might cause them to dry out and rip faster. Either of these reasons could have been why this rubber sports band is broken.

The face on your Freestyle Cori Lopex III FS81322 doesn’t show anything, and you know the computer is turned on.

Issues with the backlight could be a malfunction in the battery. We suggest replacing the battery first and seeing if that fixes the unresponsive display. The battery is a basic CR2025 Lithium Battery. The Cori Lopex watch is equipped with a Maxwell brand battery, but any brand will suffice. To replace the battery Use this guide. XXXXX

This could be a sign of water damage, Low charge of the battery, and damage of the motherboard

The first thing you can try would be to open up the watch by unscrewing the four screws on the back and pulling off the back of the watch. You then can unscrew the battery and motherboard to see if there are obvious signs of water damage to the motherboard of the watch. One cause of the water damage could be if the rubber seal around the back case panel is defective or has slid out of place. To replace rubber seal use this guide XXXXX.
