What you need

Multi-Position Footrest
- Attach the extendable footrest bar to the front frame at the desired height
- Make sure the two bolt holes on the footrest bar line up with two of the holes on the front frame

Step 2
- Push a flat head bolt through the hole in the frame.
- Use the 10mm wrench to secure the nut on the other side of the bolt
- Twist the 10mm wrench counter-clockwise to tighten the nut
- Attach the three other flat-head bolts and nuts to the remaining holes by using the 10mm wrench

Step 3
- Attach the footrest to the footrest bar with the bottom of the footrest pointing upwards
- Match the footrest wedges up with the holes and push 4 small bolts through the holes
- The heads of the bolts should fit perfectly through the footrest
- Tighten the nuts onto the bolts using the 10mm wrench
- Make sure the nuts are securely fastened but do not tighten the nuts too tightly

- Flip the footrest back over and the footrest is now ready for use
- The footrest may be adjusted into 4 different locations depending on the height and comfort level of the recipient

- To change the footrest’s position, repeat the previous steps but move the footrest bar to the preferred position by lining up the footrest bar with the holes on the sides of the frame
