              Fixing your carbon-based gadgets
  • Some varieties bite or scratch if mistreated.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble your carbon-based gadgets. Should this become necessary the task must be assigned to a qualified vet.
  • The Restart Project is well established in its campaigning role with the aim of reducing e-waste. We do this by encouraging people to repair their silicon-based gadgets so as to maximise their service life.
  • But until now, we have completely ignored the fact that many people are equally if not more attached to their carbon-based gadgets. We wish to correct this, and as a first step, we have added a new page Fixing your carbon-based gadgets to our Restart Wiki. Go and take a look!
