What you need
Step 1
The Lid when it does not open
- The spring loaded mechanism that opened the lid no longer worked. To fix this the metal lid must be disassembled. To accomplish this use a flat head screw driver or a narrow piece of plastic to get in between the sealing ring and the lever
- There are six noses that need to be undone. The marked part will come loose and will lay loosely in the lid. Then the lever can be inserted in two directions but only one is correct. One will notice this immediately because the sled moves much easier.
- Attention: I’m not sure if the photo was taken with the sled in the right direction.
