- Before you begin, make sure the power is unplugged from the computer. Use key to open the front cover, take off the cover and lay it on the side.

- Unscrew the self tapping screw in the back of the PC. (If the screw is on too tight, you can use the Phillips screwdriver). The screw will not come off, leave it like it is.

- Pull the side cover off by putting fingers in the side cover holder and pull back. Take the cover and lay it on the side.

- Lay the computer on the side with the uncovered side facing up.

- Attach the anti-static wrist strap. Clip the other end of the anti-static wrist strap to any metal piece on the computer. This will keep the computer from being fried.

- Take the air cover off and lay it off on the side.

- Push the clips at each end of each slot to release the RAM sticks.
