              CHECKING OF FAN               
  • We want to check the fan is running or not.
  • If you place your hand near your fan, you can understand the fan is running or not.

              CHECKING OF FAN SPEED.               
  • In some case , the fan speed may get reduced. In this case also we want to put new fan. Else the may effect the working of the nozzle.For checking this, GO TO PREPARE
  • PREHEAT the machine
  • After getting preheated, place your hand near fan, if the fan is pulling out less hot air, you has to change the fan.

Step 3

              HOW TO REMOVE THE FAN?               
  • Remove the fan from the nozzle block with the help of allen key.
  • Remove the back cover of the machine.
  • In the 12V supply PCB there will be a connection for extruder fan, remove it. And take the fan out.

Step 4

              REASSEMBLE NEW FAN               
  • Change the fan with new fan.
  • Reconnect the fan connection in the 12V supply PCB.
  • Connect the fan in the nozzle block with the help of allen key.

Step 5

              RECHECK THE FAN SPEED               
  • After connecting the fan back, check the fan speed with the help of your hand placing near the fan.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
