Device does not turn on when power button is pressed
If the outlet you’re using is damaged then it will not power the projector. Try plugging into a different spot.
If the cable used to plug in device is damaged it will likely not transfer power. Try using a different cable if you have one.
The power button either doesn’t click or clearly doesn’t send a signal when pressed. Open the device and check to make sure the connections inside are undamaged.
If the buttons are functioning but nothing happens when clicked, the main PCB board might be broken. Open the device and replace the board.
When on for a time the device feels too hot
Hold the power button and shut down device. This will give it time to cool and let it fully reset.
Open the back panel and make sure the internals are clean and undamaged. If there is a lot of dust it will cause overheating and be a fire hazard.
Open the device and check to make sure the fan is fully clean and functional. If it is clearly not running correctly, it may need to be replaced.
The speaker in the projector has stopped working and no noise is coming from it
Take a look at the cable connecting the projector to your computer. It may not be transferring audio correctly. Try using a different cable.
Open the device and take a look at the connections and ribbon cables inside. Make sure they are fully connected and undamaged.

The device is on, but no light is coming out
Hold power button to power down device, then turn back on to reset it. This will reset the internals and give it a chance to rest.
If everything else is functional but there is still no light or image coming out, the bulb itself may be damaged or fried. Open the top and replace the device’s bulb.
The device is clearly running slower than it should be
Hold power button and shut down device to reset it. Let it stay for a few minutes to fully shut down. If problem persists, proceed to next step.
Open up the side panel and check the dust filter. Clean it if dirty or replace if it’s damaged. Often times bad filtration can lead to lagging and devices running slower than they should.
