- With your fingers, carefully pry off the back plastic casing. Starting at the corners is usually the easiest.

- Remove all four screws surrounding the battery with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- Carefully remove the battery from the device using the Metal Spudger tool to gently separate the battery by wedging it between the device and the battery.

Step 3
- Carefully remove the solder that connects the battery wires to the device using the solder sucker tool and a soldering iron.
- When using the soldering iron to heat the existing solder, do not damage the device or surrounding connections.
- Once all solder is gone, remove the wires from the device to free the battery.

- Use the soldering iron to solder the wires from the new battery to the device.
- The connections from the wires should go in order from left to right being white, black (negative), and red (positive), respectively.
