Introduction

We will show people how to replace these drip pans and burners with a few easy steps. To start, no tools are needed, but the parts listed in the details section can be purchased at any hardware store. Once you are completed with all the steps listed below, reassemble the stove and recycle the old drip pans through your local single-stream recycling or scrap metal yard!

What you need

Step 1

              Burners and Drip Pans               
  • Unplug the stove or turn off the breaker, if your stove does not allow you to unplug it.

Step 2

  • Slide the burners out of the receptacle block.
  • The prongs attached to the burner in the second image fit the slots in the receptacle block in the third image.

Step 3

  • Lift the drip pan out of the stove.

  • Wipe the surface underneath the drip pan to clean it and ensure there are no food remnants

  • If all the wires look satisfactory, add the new drip pan.
  • Ensure you have the burner with the open ring so the prongs reach the receptacle block.

  • Slide new burner through the receptacle.
  • Reassemble stove after.
