Step 1

              Brake
  • Before starting to disassemble your electric bike, turn the power off.
  • Remove the 3/32 inch Allen screw.
  • When removing Allen screw, make sure the driver is well seated because they are simple to strip.

Step 2

              Throttle
  • Locate the throttle Allen screw.
  • Remove the 5/64 inch Allen screw.

              Throttle
  • Slide the Throttle off.
  • When removing the throttle, be careful. Remove it slowly to avoid damaging the wire.

              Control Box
  • Remove the following screws.
  • 2 mm Philips screws.

  • Open up the control box.

  • Track the throttle wire.
  • To ensure you don’t lose it, you should mark it.

  • Locate the throttle wire.
  • Disconnect the throttle wire plug from the controller wire plug.
  • Take caution while handling these wires. You can easily damage them.
