Check the light indicator on the right side of the device, a flashing blue light will indicate that the device needs to be charged. If the device is not charged, hook up the device to a docking station or charging cable. The device will take up to 5 hours to charge fully. A blue and red light flashing indicates that the device is not charging properly. Make sure that the device is clicked in properly to the docking station or fully plugged in to the charging cable and power outlet. A red light indicates that the device is not charging. If the battery does not charge, the battery will need to be replaced. See guide for instructions.
There may be debris blocking the suction, causing the device to shut off while vacuuming. See guide on how to remove blockages on the direct-drive cleaner head.

The device loses suction while running, or becomes weak
There may be blockages in the wand or main body creating a weak suction. Detach the main body and the cleaner head from the wand to separately examine them for any obstructions. Looking through both ends of the wand, check for any light coming through and if none is present, a blockage may need to be removed. A long stick may assist in pushing it out. Inspect the inlet as well for any obstructions.
Examine the neck and the bottom of the cleaner head and remove any debris that may be stuck in the brush bar or the neck inlet. See guide for cleaning or replacing brush bar in cleaner head.
The device has an unusual smell when in use.
Locate the clear bin attached to the cyclone, If debris is above the max line it will need to be emptied. See guide on how to remove bin for cleaning and replacement.
