              Before and after cleaning.

              Removing rotating brush and red lid.
  • Remove red lid by releasing the clamps (yellow arrows) with a spudger to get access to more screws, that hold the translucent shield.
  • Remove Two Torx screws that hold the silver cover-plate on the opposite side of the motorhead that covers the translucent shield.
  • Remove the rotating brush by realeasing it with a coin.

              Removing screws, that hold the silver and the translucent shield.
  • Remove the five Torx screws (red), that hold the translucent shield.
  • Remove the single shorter Torx screw (yellow), that fixes the silver and the translucent shield.

Step 4

              Removing the silver shield.
  • Remove the silver shield by gently pulling into the directions of the red arrows. (This is the only tricky part of the whole procedure.)

Step 5

              Removing the translucent shield.
  • After removal of the silver-shield the translucent shield can be removed easily. The black and white cables are attached with the black plug and can be reattached easily on reassambly.

Step 6

              Ready for spring-cleaning.
  • After removal of the translucent shield, both the shield and the silver-skeleton that holds the rotating motorhead can be cleaned thoroughly.
