- Remove the dirty filter cage by twisting the filter towards the left.
- The filter cage will be unlocked when the red dot matches the white thin circle.
- Do not run your hairdryer without a filter cage.

- Soak the filter cage in dish soap and warm water for at least 30 minutes.
- You can leave the filter in for multiple hours or overnight if it’s especially dirty.

- Use the supplied filter cleaning brush or any other cleaning tool to vigorously scrub the soaked filter cage.
- Be sure to remove all blockages.

- Rinse and dry your filter cage.
- Check that the filter cage is clean by holding it up to the light - you should be able to see light through it. If you can’t, repeat the previous step.

- Insert the filter back into the filter cage and install the filter cage back onto the device.
- The filter cage will be locked when the red dot matches the white filled circle.

My Dyson hair dryer has quitting every 30 seconds - apparently overheating. It was very easy to remove the filter cage and wipe the filter clean. Problem solved!
