- Place the vacuum either upright or on its back and lift the nozzle lid to access the nozzle.

- Pull the nozzle until it is completely out of its housing.

- With the vacuum placed upright, press firmly on the gray button, located on the back of the handle, and pull directly upwards until handle is completely removed from the rest of the vacuum
