  • If the top handle does not pop up when trying to remove canister, press the gray button as you gently pull up on the top handle.

  • Locate the spring in the small opening between the handle and ball of the vacuum body.

  • Pull out the spring by carefully inserting tweezers into the opening.
  • Carefully remove the spring.
