              Opening the case
  • Use a small coin (e.g.: 1 cent) and a pair of pliers.
  • Use the coin to turn the toothbrush body from the bottom about a quarter turn to the right. Turning it further does not work either.
  • Now the lock is unlocked. Now press from above on the brush head holder to be able to remove the inner part downwards.

Step 2

              Re-soldering the connections
  • Since we could not identify the faulty connection, we re-soldered all visible solder connections.
  • Afterwards you can try directly on the button if the toothbrush works.
  • Be careful not to cause any short circuits because the battery is still connected.
  • Afterwards, our toothbrush has already worked again.
