Make sure the car’s engine is off, the parking brake is engaged, and the battery is disconnected before beginning this guide.

- Open the car’s trunk.

- Pry both caps out using a spudger.

- Carefully pull the tail light towards yourself to gain access to the wiring.
- Do not pull the tail light too far. It is still connected to the wires and moving it too far may damage them.

Step 4
- Locate the connector and pull the orange safety pin out.
- After the safety pin is out, pull on the connector plug to separate it from the tail light.

- Remove the three Torx 15 screws that are holding the bulb carrier in place.

- Remove the bulb holder piece from the tail light by gently pulling it up.

- Remove the defective bulb by pulling it up.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
