              Battery               
  • Hold the phone with the screen facing down. Push the back cover firmly down and slide it towards you.
  • The panel will slide down about 2mm.
  • Lift the panel away from the phone.

  • Lift the battery out from the bottom edge.

              Back Cover               
  • Insert the edge of an opening tool between the back cover and the phone body on the top edge (not to be confused with the edge where the phone slides).
  • Pry the back case off of the phone working your way around the edges until the panel is freed from the phone.
  • Be careful when pulling the spudger down the side by the charging port. The plastic cover may bend or snap.

Step 4

  • While removing the back cover do not lose the power button. It is held in place by the back cover and may fall off during removal.
  • Pull the back cover away from the phone.
  • Remove the power button if it has not already come off.
