  • Make sure your phone is turned off.

  • Press the button on the back of the phone and slide the back panel off.
  • Remove the battery by pulling it from the phone.

              SIM Card               
  • Gently pull back the small metal frame holding the SIM card into place, and lift open the frame.

  • Retrieve your SIM card.

              Screen               
  • Separate the front cover from the main body of the phone.

  • Remove the six screws along the edges of the phone.

  • Pull the screen assembly from the base of the phone.

  • Carefully lift the keypad portion of the screen assembly from the circuit board.

  • Separate the screen from the circuit board.
  • Reconnect the ports during reassembly or the screen will not function properly.
  • Remember to reconnect the screen to the circuit board when reassembling!

  • Gently push down on the screen to pop it off of the assembly.

  • When the screen falls out the assembly, two white tabs will fall out with it.
  • When reinstalling the screen, insert the tabs with the slanted side pointing upwards so they slide into the assembly.

              Speaker               
  • Set the screen and the tabs aside.

  • You can now access the speaker.
  • Note the tab on the end of the speaker. It must be placed in correctly in order to reinstall the speaker.

  • Remove the speaker from the assembly.
