What you need

              Back Cover               
  • Place the all in one computer face down on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching the front.
  • Press the tab on the stand cover and lift up.

Step 2

  • Remove the four phillips screws that attach the stand to the computer.
  • Tilt the stand up and out.

Step 3

  • Starting from the optical drive, pry the back cover up with a plastic spudger.
  • The cover is held in place by fragile plastic clips. Careful to not break them.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I took the back cover off because everytime i connected the power cable the blue light on the power cable would go out and in taking off the back cover i might find something obvious. I did not find anything obvious except for a plastic clip floating around by itself. this may be the cause to a short i am thinking. Any ideas?
