- Wedge the plastic opening tool into the tiny gap between the white plastic front bezel and the aluminum rear panel.
- Do not try to pry apart the top edge on the front side near the front-facing camera.

Hi iv got an acer icon is one 10.iv done a factory reset ,but it hasent come back ,and it turns on but I can’t stop it talking ,volume won’t turn down and ,when I checked the volume button it says it turn off .the tablet won’t do anything .can you tell me if it’s worth repairing and how much if possible. Can the back of the tablet be completely removed, so i can look at the micro USB port, to see if that is what is not letting the tablet charge !! Without not knowing what I’m doing and messing it up!!
