              Back Panel
  • Remove back panel by wedging the iFixit opening tool on all four sides of the device.

              Speaker
  • Lift the speaker from the top right corner of the device using an opening tool.
  • The speaker should come off easily. If it does not, look for any tape or adhesive that may be fastening it to the internal panel of the device, and remove it.

Step 3

  • Desolder the two wires from the motherboard that connect to the speaker.
  • Remove the speaker from the tablet.
