What you need

Step 1

              remove main shell
  • Take off these two black screws at the edges and lift the top shell of the main body.

              remove power cable
  • unplug the power cable from the main circuit board.

Step 3

              remove front shell
  • unbent the metal piece holding the front shell and pull it out, take off the button circuit and the push button component.

Step 4

              remove the loader
  • unplug all cables from the main circuit and lift the loader from the body only leaving the laser lens.

Step 5

              remove laser lens
  • unplug the cable connecting the laser lens and the main circuit and lift the laser lens away from the main body.

Step 6

              disassemble of the loader
  • unscrew the two screw that holds the cover and lift the cover away from the loader.

Step 7

              disassemble of the laser lens
  • unscrew all four screws on the dvd reader and lift it away from the holder.

              remove main circuit board
  • unscrew two screws at the back of the body and one on the board, then lift the circuit board away from the main body.
