- Remove battery from drill.

- Remove the six 19 mm, Torx Security 15 screws from the top of the battery.

- Pull off the battery cover, exposing the battery cells.
- Be careful to not damage the batteries, if damaged they may explode.

- Remove the old battery cells by slowly pulling them out of the top piece of the battery.
- The best is to recycle the old battery cells.
