Disassembling DeWalt D28110 Gear Case
- Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four 22-mm torx screws on the gear case.
- Unplug the grinder before any disassembly.

- Pull out the gear case.

- Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four torx screws.

- Remove the gear case cover from the gear case.

- Using a 10-mm wrench, remove the hex nut by rotating counter-clockwise.

- Remove the armature assembly from the gear case.
- Remove the pinion from the armature assembly.

Remove the pinion from the armature assembly.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
