Introduction
Replacing the power switch may fix your on/off issues. In this guide, we will be teaching you how to replace the switch. You can order a replacement switch here.
What you need
Step 1
Power Cord
- Please wear safety glasses while completing this guide.
- Remove screws (3) from cap by using the T20 torx attachment and unscrewing in a leftward motion.

Step 2
- Gently pry the cap off using your fingers or spudger tool.

- Once cap is off, expose and locate the power cord mounting bracket and remove the 2 screws holding the wire down by using the T15 torx attachment. Once the cord is loose, pull the connectors out

- Loosen the white and black wire terminals

- Insert new power cord terminals and tighten down
- Do not over-tighten

- Remove both connectors from the switch
