What you need

Step 1

              Opening the housing and removing the side panels
  • Use the OVAL bit to loosen the 4 marked screws.
  • Pry up the side panels.

              Remove upper casing 1
  • Remove 2 screws (one on each side) with a Torx T10 bit.

              Remove upper casing 2
  • Use a spudger to pry left and right behind the coffee spout.
  • Additional prying at the bottom left of the clip may be helpful.
  • Take out the coffee dispenser by tilting it forwards.

              Remove upper casing 3
  • Remove the front panel.

              Removing the gasket
  • The seal of the capsule cage is inside the metal ring.
  • Push the metal ring forward with a spatula, use pliers if necessary.
  • The metal ring and seal will then fall downwards.
  • If necessary, remove the 4 screws with a T10 Torx driver, which will allow to also have access from below which you need to have anyway during reassembly.

Step 6

              Replace gasket
  • Replace the defective gasket with a new one and reinstall it along with the metal ring.

Work through the steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle Anleitung. Ich suche vergeblich nach diesem schwarzen Dichtungsring. Wer kann mir sagen, wo ich ein Erstatzteil bekomme.

Ich habe auch ewig nach dem Dichtungsring gesucht - und keinen gefunden. Letztendlich habe ich mir einen Schrumpfschlauch mit 35mm Durchmesser gekauft (sind hier Links erlaubt? https://www.ebay.de/itm/403125575863) diesen habe anstelle des Dichtungsrings übergezogen und nach dem Erhitzen vorne an „der Röhre“ angeschnitten. Falls der Metallring danach nur schwer drüber geht, hilft der Hebel der Maschine, um ihn richtig fest draufzudrücken (sitzt dann wirklich fest, hab ihn kaum wieder runter bekommen, nur durch Erhitzen, so dass er sich etwas vergrößert.) Die Dichtung sitzt bisher super, der Hebel ist vielleicht etwas schwer komplett zuzudrücken (weiß nicht wie das davor war). leider muss ich die Maschine ohne obere Verkleidung laufen lassen, da ich glaube den Hebel etwas verbogen habe. Aber der Kaffee kommt 1a raus. Vielleicht hilft das ja jemandem. Viele Grüße!

Hallo Yusuf Kaba,

bei unserer Maschine tropft es an der Stelle, an der der Metallring auf die Pyramidenplatte trifft.

Alle Versuche, den Sitz des Dichtungsring zu verbessern bzw. ihn zu ersetzen, sind fehlgeschlagen.

Die von Ihnen beschriebene Lösung könnte da vielleicht auch funktionieren.

Mich interessiert deshalb sehr, was bei Ihrer Maschine genau das Problem war.
