              Removing Dell XPS 720 H2C Cover Panel               

• Remove the cover panel on the side of the computer by pulling out the latch on the back panel and pulling the panel downwards towards the ground.

              Memory Modules               

• The memory modules are located directly above the XPS processor and are attached to the motherboard.
• There are notches securing the memory modules onto the motherboard.
• Push down and outward on the both notches to release each memory module from the motherboard.

Step 3

• Carefully remove each memory module from its slot.
• If you are reseating the memory modules, this is the time to clean them and make sure there isn’t any dust build up on the surface.
