Introduction
Before using this guide, check that there isn’t any debris in your audio port. If there is, turn off the device completely, and use compressed air to clean it out.
Before beginning, make sure to completely power off the device.
What you need

Back Panel
- Remove eight 5 mm screws from the back panel using a T5 Torx screwdriver.
- Use the opening tool to loosen the panel on all sides and then lift it from the device.

Step 2
Audio Jack
- Remove three 3 mm screws that hold the audio jack in place using a JIS #1 screwdriver.
- Remove the audio jack from the laptop.

Remove the audio jack from the laptop.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
