Back Panel
- Remove the black battery bar from the computer before continuing any further operations.
- Unscrew the three 5mm Phillps #2 screws on the left side of the back panel.

Step 2
- Lift up the left side of the panel.
- There are three tabs holding in the right side of the panel. Pull the panel up and away from these tabs to remove it.

RAM
- Locate both of the RAM slots right behind the back panel.

- Use a black spudger to press the clips holding the RAM outward. You should hear a “click” sound.
- Once both clips have been released, the RAM will be released at a 45 degree angle.

Step 5
- Carefully grab the RAM with both hands and pull outward.
- Repeat steps 4 & 5 to remove the second RAM.
- Both RAMs should come out without much force. Do not attempt to pull the RAM out with force as this could damage the fixture holding the RAM.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
