- Remove the back cover of the laptop by unscrewing eight 3.5mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

- Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the back cover.
- It is recommended to start from a corner and run the tool along the edge of the cover.

RAM
- Locate the RAM on the motherboard.

- Carefully pull on the tabs on either sides of the RAM.
