              Remove the Screw               
  • Remove the screw that secures the access panel to the computer.

  • Remove the access panel from the computer.

  • Remove the screw that secures the keyboard to the chassis.

              Prying the Keyboard               
  • Starting on the right side of the system, use a plastic scribe to pry up the keyboard from the computer.

              Flipping the Keyboard               
  • Flip the keyboard over and lay it on the palmrest.

              Lifting the Clip               
  • Lift the clip to release the keyboard cable and disconnect it from the computer.
