- Unscrew the Phillips head screw on the back of the computer.

- Lift off the panel the screws were holding.

- Push the two tabs at the sides of the RAM towards the sides of the computer.

- Remove the RAM.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Wait, so is it only 1 stick? I’m wondering because I have a 1GB Stick in my Dell Vostro 1500, but it’s reporting 2GB total. Is there also a hidden slot on the other side of the motherboard?
