Dell Optiplex GX620 Side Panel Disassembly
- With the computer standing upright, firmly pull on the tab at the back of the computer.
- When the side panel pops free, gently pull the panel away from the computer.
- If you have trouble freeing the side panel from the case, you may need to pull the tab a bit harder.

Removing the CMOS Battery
- Insert a tool beside the battery and gently pry the battery out.
- Using a screwdriver to pry open anything can harm your device. Instead, use a spudger or a plastic opening tool.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Make sure you place the battery with the flat (positive) side facing up.

Shouldn’t the battery be listed in the parts? Squinting at the photo, it seems to be a CR2032?
