Step 1

              removing hard drive               
  • Do not remove the hard drive while the computer is on or in sleep state. This might cause data loss.
  • Place the computer upside down on a clean, flat surface. Remove the bottom of the base assembly

Step 2

              remove screws               
  • Remove the four M3 x 3-mm screws (marked with an “H”) that secure the hard drive

              Slide the hard drive out of the computer.

              remove the M3 x 3mm screw from the bezel               
  • Remove the M3 x 3mm screw from the bezel and take the bezel off the hard drive.

Step 5

              Replacing the hard drive               
  • Attach the bezel to the hard drive using the M3 x 3mm screw.
  • Slide the hard drive into the bay until it is fully seated

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
