What you need

  • Turn off computer by holding down the power button

  • Slide latches out to unlock and remove battery.

              Screen
  • Open the laptop and unscrew the 2.5 X 3mm screw in the bottom center of screen

  • Using a spudger, carefully remove of the exterior black frame/cover of the screen

  • Using a Philips head screw driver, screw the ten surrounding 2.5 X 3mm screws on the frame of the screen

  • Detach the yellow LCD inverted from the back of the screen

  • Carefully pull off the screen itself
