Step 1

              Remove battery and memory door.               

• Shut down your computer. Disconnect all power sources before opening the computer cover or panels.
• Remove battery and memory door.

              Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable from its connector on the system board.               

• Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable from its connector on the system board.

Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable from its connector on the system board.

Step 3

              Slide out the coin-cell battery.               

• Slide the coin-cell battery out of the computer.

Slide the coin-cell battery out of the computer.

To replace the coin-cell battery and reassemble your device, perform the above steps in reverse order.
