Step 1
Lower Case
- Remove the following ten T5 screws securing the lower case to the upper case.
- Two will be 6mm, eight will be 3mm in length.

- Wedge your fingers between the upper case and the lower case.
- Gently pull the lower case away from the upper case.
- Remove the lower case and set it aside.

Battery Replacement
- Disconnect the battery cable.

Step 4
- Use a PH1 (phillips) bit to unscrew four screws on the battery assembly tabs.

Step 5
- Take out the battery.
Take out the battery.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
