Laptop will not hold a charge when unplugged from the wall socket.
First, plug in the power adapter and see if the light is on or off. If it is on, then its the battery that is faulty.
If the light does not turn on, it is the power adapter that is faulty. You may want to think about purchasing replacement parts depending on your situation.

When keys are pressed they are slow and stuck.
If your keyboard starts to act sticky, it may be because of common debris inside of the keyboard. If it is a sticky substance, you want to use a lightly moistened cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. If there is dust and other particles, you can use a brush or compressed air to remove the debris from your keys

No sound coming from laptop or speakers plugged into the sound board.
Test the audio by plugging in different speakers and headphones to make sure it’s not an external issue. If the problem persists, try updating the driver software by going to Dell’s support page. Follow the instructions on the website to see if the drivers need an update. If they are up to date then you might have a faulty sound card.
If the problem persists you may need to purchase a new audio card.
Audio Card Replacement
The monitor on the Dell Latitude 3380 does not show anything.
First make sure the display is not disabled in any way by holding down the “Fn” key and pressing the “F2” key. If the display was disabled by accident, this will reenable it.
If the problem still persists, try holding the windows key and pressing the “P” key and make sure you are not on projector mode.
If it still has no display, it could be your screen display malfunctioning. You may want to purchase new parts depending on your situation.

Touch pad does not respond when used.
One of the most common causes of the touchpad not working is that it is disabled or turned off.
Check to see if you have not accidentally pressed these keys. It is usually the Fn key that combines with an F key, such as F1.
Check to see that the touchpad is enabled in the mouse setting located in the Windows settings under the “Devices” tab. Something may have messed up and disabled the touchpad in these settings. These settings are located in Settings -> Devices -> Touchpad.
