RAM
- Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to loosen the two 3 mm captive screws holding the tray in place.
- The screws cannot be fully removed and only need to be loosened. Do not attempt to remove the screws from the tray.
- Lift the RAM tray up and off.

Step 2
- Gently pull the two silver arms away from the RAM until the RAM slightly lifts from the motherboard.

- Slide the RAM directly out of its slot.

- Insert your new/replacement RAM stick(s) into the slot(s).
- Gently push down on the RAM until it clicks into place.

- Screw in the two 3 mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
