              Remove the Screws               

• WARNING: Before working inside your computer, read the safety information that shipped with your computer and follow the steps in “Before You Begin”.
• Remove the screws that secure the battery to the computer base.

Step 2

              Lifting the Battery               

• Lift the battery to disconnect it from the system board and remove the battery from the computer base.

              Align the Screw Holes               

• Align the screw holes on the NEW battery with the screw holes on the computer base and press down on the battery connector.

              Replace the Screws               

• Replace the screws that secure the battery to the computer base.
