- Place a finger on both latches and push outwards.
- Grab by the lip and pull upwards to remove battery.

RAM
- Locate RAM compartment on device and corresponding screws.

- Take your screwdriver and loosen the three 4mm screws to remove the cover.

- Place both thumbs on the latches and push outward. The RAM card will pop up.

- Carefully hold RAM card from the sides and pull away.

- Repeats steps 6 and 7 for the second RAM card.
