What you need

Step 1

              RAM               

• Locate the battery latch on the bottom of the computer and slide it to the right.
• While holding the battery latch, pull the battery away from the device.

Step 2

• With the Phillips #0 screwdriver, loosen the three screws from the cover behind the battery latch.

Step 3

• Locate the RAM on the bottom of the computer.
• Remove the RAM by gently pulling back the small clips along the side of the RAM, and lifting the RAM upwards so the RAM is now angled.
• Pull the RAM away from the device.
• Repeat the actions above for the second stick of RAM.
• When reinstalling the RAM, put it back in at an angle in the socket, and make sure the RAM is audiblely clicked into place.
