The laptop cannot find wireless networks or is unable to connect to them
If you are unable to connect to the internet wirelessly, the problem could be caused by a malfunctioning driver for your wireless card. One or more keys on the keyboard are not functioning properly
An individual key might not be working properly due to there being something wedged inside the keycap and blocking it. To clean the keyboard, moisten a soft cloth with water and wipe it. Be sure to disconnect any power connections to your computer and remove the battery before beginning. In addition to this, compressed air can be used to blow away any dust that might be trapped underneath the key.
