Laptop will not respond or show any sign of powering up.
By checking the charging indicator light on the front of the laptop, the light is NOT illuminated. -> Ensure that the cable is plugged in correctly and all the way between the laptop and the outlet; if possible try another outlet. If it does not charge, consider purchasing a new charging cable.
If the issues persist even with a new charging cable, the problem may be with the battery itself. Check the charging indicator light on the front of the laptop. If the light IS illuminated but still does not seem to hold a charge or power on; this is a sign that the battery may be corrupted, old, or disconnected. Consider purchasing a new battery and replacing.

Laptop freezes or blue screens with error messages while in use.
If the laptop is showing blue screen errors or just turning off all together; this may be a sign that there is something wrong with the wireless card in the computer. Check by making sure the card is not overheating, which is caused by overuse of the laptop. Just let the laptop shut off and rest for a while. If restarting or blue screens persist, consider purchasing a new Wireless Card and replacing.

If the laptop shows blue screen errors, restarts, freezes, or attempting to install a new program fails; this may be a sign of a faulty RAM. Check to make sure that the memory is not full by closing open tabs and programs on the computer, and opening task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and closing background apps. If restarts, freezes, and blue screens persist, consider purchasing a new RAM and replacing memory cards.

If the laptop crashes, blue screens, or files disappear; this may be a sign of a disconnected Hard Drive. To check this, open your file explorer, -> Click ‘This PC’, and ensure that the Hard Drive shows up under ‘Devices & Drivers’. If the Hard Drive is NOT under ‘Devices & Drivers’; it may be disconnected. If that is the case, you can attempt to reconnect the current Hard Drive; but if the issue persists, consider purchasing and replacing a new Hard Drive. If the Hard Drive shows up under ‘Devices & Drivers’ and the issues still persist, try restarting the computer. If problems continue, consider purchasing a new Hard Drive and replacing (make sure to save programs onto another device before disconnecting).
