Your headphones are producing little to no sound when connected to the laptop
Test your headphones are working by using them on a different deviceMake sure the headphones are in the right jack and plugged in all the wayCheck that your volume is not muted or turned down
Restarting your computer will close all applications and clear RMA which will stop any program that may be causing your issueRun an audio troubleshooter that will search your computer and fix anything causing audio problems automatically
Your computer may be playing the audio through another proof your laptopIn settings, select your headphones as the default sound
The charging port is either not taking a charge or is only taking a charge at an angle/strange position.
Ensure the charging port is clear of all debris that could be causing charging issues, take a brush or even a toothbrush and clean out the charging port, if this does not work move to cause 2.
If this is the case, order a new part and follow the steps on the manual on how to replace the port.
The device does not turn on or works only when its charging
Replace the battery
Remove the dust from the ventilation portsClose unnecessary appsPut devise on a cooling pad
